“Our strong sales in Tower One, and the subsequent launch of Tower Two sales, speaks to the continued demand for luxury bayfront residences in Tampa,” said BTI Partners CEO Noah Breakstone. “Marina Pointe is the embodiment of Tampa’s waterfront lifestyle, and that’s what is attracting buyers to Westshore Marina District. We are excited to welcome the first owners to Tower One by the end of this year, and look forward to commencing construction of Tower Two.”

One of Marina Pointe’s most impressive amenities is the private marina on a 13-acre deep-water basin, which features floating docks and a 150-slip full-service marina to accommodate vessels from 40 feet in length to 90 feet. While most public and private marinas in Florida have a waiting list, Marina Pointe owners can dock their yachts in a private boat slip on their doorsteps. Other state-of-the-art facilities include a 24-hour concierge, fitness center, amenity decks with resort-style pools overlooking the marina and open views of Tampa Bay, a resident club with an entertainment room and a virtual golf simulator, among other amenities.

Finding inspiration in the breath-taking views of the bay, the luxury waterfront condominium is designed to feature expansive open-living areas with up to 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass walls and windows, and oversized balconies with panoramic views of Old Tampa Bay, downtown Tampa and downtown St. Pete on the horizon.

Marina Pointe is in the heart of Westshore Marina District, South Tampa’s premier walkable community along Tampa Bay. The award-winning District invites residents to stroll along waterfront trails with unobstructed views of the marina. Designed to offer a new quality of life, the Marina Pointe experience features access to a comprehensive array of amenities within the District, including specialty shops, waterfront restaurants, 1.5 miles of urban trails and parks lined with public art, outdoor lifestyle programming, access to watersports, and the brand new, deep-water marina.

The Marina Pointe towers are walking distance from Marina Landings, the District’s retail town center. BTI Partners has carefully selected its impressive roster of tenants, curating a variety of lifestyle-centric options to foster the area’s vibrant live-work-play environment. Retail tenants include the recently opened DRNK coffee + tea and QWENCH juice bar, Duckweed Urban Market, Sand Surf Co., Crave Spa and Cru Cellars. Rock It Cycle, Chuck Lager America’s Tavern and Buzzed Bull Creamery are set to open in the coming months.

Adding to its list of community attractions, Westshore Marina District is hosting the Summer Night Exchange. The monthly fresh market occurs on the first Wednesday of the month from 6 to 10 p.m. all summer long. The market is one of many successful events in the District, which have included jazz strolls, yoga and “yappy hours,” all designed to offer a more exciting quality of life as the neighborhood comes alive at Westshore Marina District.

Westshore Marina District is also home to several residential projects built by third-party developers such as WCI by Lennar, The Related Group and Bainbridge. Their projects have already attracted hundreds of residents to a once-dormant waterfront.

The Tower Two residences range from the high $700,000’s to over $4 million.
