As our deepwater marina begins to take shape, businesses start to flourish in Marina Landings Town Center, and construction of Tower One nears completion with owners due to move in this year, it’s hard to miss the incredible progress we’ve made. The buzz we’ve garnered from local media is a flattering sign of our momentum, and we would like to highlight a few of our favorite mentions.
The most recent recognition came from a behind-the-scenes tour with BTI Partners’ Dominic Pickering and WFLA’s Avery Cotton. Pickering shared what future residents can expect from Marina Pointe upon completion later this year. He talked about the vast amenities and our benefit to the growing Tampa Bay community. The Tampa Bay Times also visited our waterfront district and alluringly designed, walkable town center and praised our swift evolution from a 52-acre lot to a “thriving community with high-end apartments, townhomes and a bay view condo tower well underway.”
Along with a panel of prominent developers, Pickering spoke at Bisnow’s Tampa State of the Market event on Thursday, February 10, to discuss the growing market with Mayor Jane Castor. According to Pickering, Tampa is “really the darling of real estate in Florida.”
Tampa Magazine recognized us as one of the major “city-within-a-city” developments in the area and our impact on the flourishing commercial real estate market. “The district sets itself apart as a quieter, more tranquil community with easy access to Downtown Tampa, the airport and St. Petersburg,” – Author and Managing Editor Kathryn Deen.
